The following instructions should prove a useful guide for basic use of your Online Shop.

To use your 'Shop Manager' you must first log in to your site management system (CMS).
- Navigate to the URL of your site CMS administration. You should have been sent a link to your sites CMS administration in an email (if you haven't received this email contact us here to request it is sent / resent [NOTE: you will need to be logged in to this site to access support]).
- You
will see a page that looks like the following image [Figure 1]. Enter
your Username and Password in the applicable field.NOTE: You should
have been sent your Username and Password in an email (if you haven't received this email contact us here to request it is sent / resent [NOTE: you will need to be logged in to this site to access support]).
- Click 'Login'
- Go to your 'Shop Manager'. The easiest way to get to
the 'Shop Manager' is to click the button that looks like the following
image [Figure 2]
- The first time you enter the shop manager, you should click the
'Extended Layout' button, as illustrated below [Figure 3] (note the red
arrow used here to highlight the button).
In subsequent uses of the 'Shop Manager', you should be automatically redirected to the 'Extended Layout' (as long as you are using the same computer and browser,and haven't cleared your browser 'cookies').
