The following are two (2) methods by which you can access your email accounts:

Via Mail Software

This is the most professionally thorough method.
      1. Open your mail software (for example: 'Outlook' or 'Thunderbird' in 'Windows', or 'Mail' or 'Thunderbird' on a 'Mac')
      2. Create a new account.
        • In 'Outlook Express' this can be done via the menu items 'Tools' > 'Accounts', then in the 'dialogue window' that opens, click 'Add', and then click 'Mail' to open the Internet 'Connection Wizard'.  Follow the prompts, entering the information provided below...
        • In Mac 'Mail' this can be found via 'File' > 'Add Account'.   Follow the prompts, entering the information provided below...
        • In Thunderbird this can be found via 'Tools' > 'Account Settings...', then in the window that opens, click 'Add Account', and then select 'Email account' and press continue.  Follow the prompts, entering the information provided below...
      3. Enter the following information, replacing terms such as 'name' and 'your domain' with the appropriate fields.  You should have been sent this information via email (if you haven't received this email contact us here to request it is sent / resent [NOTE: you will need to be logged in to this site to access support]).
        • Username: Enter your full email address, for example This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
        • Password: Enter the password that was automatically created for you.  You can change this later.
        • Incoming Mail Server: enter the incoming serving name we provided, for example: mail.yourdomain.com
        • Outgoing Mail Server: enter the incoming serving name we provided, for example: mail.yourdomain.com
        • Port: 587 (unless otherwise advised, the correct port will be 587)
      4. Save your settings.  You should now be able to send and receive email for this account.  Repeat the steps for multiple email address accounts.

Via Web-Mail

This method is similar to how you would access another 'web based' email account, for example: 'Gmail', 'Yahoo Mail' or 'Hotmail').

      1. Navigate to your domain (we will use the example 'yourdomain.com') within your chosen web browser (we highly recommend Firefox).
      2. Add '/webmail' to the end of your domain.  Our example would look like this in our browsers address bar:

        http://www.yourdomain.com/webmail

      3. Enter your full email address in the 'User Name' or 'Email' field
      4. Enter your password in the 'Password' field
      5. Click 'Ok' or 'Login'
      6. Select 'Horde' or 'Squirrel Mail' (or similar) from the screen now provided
      7. Select your Language if prompted and click 'login' or 'continue'
      8. Select your inbox and browse your mail, or send mail with the options provided
We recommend using 'Horde', and can provide information on how to use 'Horde' if requested.

IMPORTANT: Please note that passwords ARE case-sensitive.
