The following
instructions should allow you to change passwords for your email
accounts. If you have forgotten your password, you will need to
contact us to request it be reset [NOTE: you will need to be logged in to this site to access support].
- Navigate to your domain (we will use the example 'yourdomain.com') within your chosen web browser (we highly recommend Firefox).
- Add '/webmail' to the end of your domain. Our example would look like this in our browsers address bar:
http://www.yourdomain.com/webmail
- Enter your full email address in the 'User Name' or 'Email' field
- Enter your password in the 'Password' field
- Click 'Ok' or 'Login'
- Once successfully logged in, click the link provided (near the bottom-left) 'Change Password'
- On the next screen, type your new password in to both fields and press the "Change" button
(Don't forget to record your new password somewhere safe)
- Your new password is now effective, please click 'logout' at the top-right of this screen
